Dellaripa Lab
Dr. Dellaripa’s interest and expertise are in interstitial lung disease as it relates to autoimmune diseases including rheumatoid arthritis (RA), lupus scleroderma, myositis and sarcoidosis.
Dr. Dellaripa has been active in the development of a national and international study group through the American College of Rheumatology, which has lead to various clinical trials and has spawned a separate international effort to develop outcomes measures for clinical trials in interstitial lung disease, known as OMERACT, with pulmonary and rheumatologic experts from around the world. Dr. Dellaripa is presently involved in clinical investigation in ILD associated with rheumatoid arthritis and dermatomyositis, looking at therapeutics in RA/ILD and translational research investigating environmental, proteomic and genomic expression in RA and inflammatory myositis.
